I know, right?

Thin thin rusty stuff!

I would make nothing but a mess with that.

Started cussing about it just from looking at the pics.. #-o

Grinding the bellhousing for a 12 volt flywheel. This is getting a 1914cc dual carb engine. Along with a vintage correct 36er later. The transaxle is original and numbers matching. We definitely have to keep it with the bus.

I got my parkway projects caught up... Now it's Barndoor time.. =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> I wanna get this baby painted and in the clean shop!!!!!!! I'm gonna start on the hardest part for me.. the roof... It's huge :-# :-# :-# :-# and going up and down ladders kills my back.. as well as sanding... #-o #-o #-o #-o #-o #-o #-o #-o... So while I am fresh and my body is least likely to try and talk my brain into thinking i am done already..... I'm gonna knock out a roof.. Wink Wink Wink Wink Wink Wink Wink Wink Wink

Alodine corrosion prevention coating. Jim showed me this stuff forever ago. The trick is to acid etch the aluminum, then get the casting/alodine hot so that the metal will soaks it up.

I need to order some bearing and syncros while the hardware is out for plating.
