well guys i bought another bike this week. the green cb350 was to nice to cut up so i bought this one. i have about 10 hours in work in it so far. the pics so far are all from yesterday. i am waiting on my carbs to come so i can finish the fab work. it should be done be next weekend. i am triyng ot build an old bike that fits me (small) and is almost like a modern sports bike.
so far so good
when it came home and was beside the green cb350
first hour of work
second hour of work
shortened 4 inches and deraked
shortening the rear 2 inches
shortened
deraking the front
mock up of ride height
test fit with the hand built clip on bars.
tell me what you think. there will be more work starting monday when the carbs should be here. i need carbs to check clearance on the rear suspension

Looks cool dude - Looks like you shortened the wheel base a total of about 6"?? Ride height looks badass!
That thing is going to steer quick with that steep head rake, are going custom build a new sub-frame for the seat/shock mounts? |
